What we hold

Privacy Policy

What data touches this service, and what we do with it.

Draft — template pending review by the operator's legal counsel. Not legal advice.

1. What we collect

Public on-chain data — the wallet address you connect and the transactions it makes — is already public on Solana regardless of this site; we read and display it. If you launch a token, we store what you give us directly, like an uploaded token image. Our hosting provider also collects basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and performance, the same as most websites.

2. We don't take custody of your funds

You trade directly from your own wallet; we never hold your personal balance. The only funds we ever hold are pooled prize funds waiting on a draw, which pay out automatically to winners' wallets.

3. Wallet addresses are public by nature

Your wallet address, and every transaction it makes on Solana, is recorded on a public blockchain — anyone can view it, with or without this website. Connecting a wallet here doesn't create new public data; it lets us read what's already public and, if you win a draw, send a payout to that address.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your connected wallet between visits (via the wallet-adapter library used to power wallet connections), and basic analytics to understand site usage. We don't use this to build ad-tracking profiles.

5. Infrastructure & sub-processors

Running this service means relying on third-party infrastructure: a Solana RPC provider to read and submit blockchain data, Vercel for website hosting, and Cloudflare R2 for storing uploaded images. These providers may process technical data (like IP addresses) as part of delivering their service to us.

6. We don't sell your data

We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Retention

On-chain data is permanent by nature of the blockchain and outside our control to delete. Off-chain data we store — uploaded images, logs — is kept only as long as needed to run the service.
